This is the best coverage, honorable, timely, reliable and monthly premiums fairly priced. The customer service agents very informed and sensitive. Our Cooper would not be alive had we not had Healthy Paws Insurance.

I love Trupanion because they have saved me a lot of money. I have a $600.00 Deductible for Jaxson, and paid most of his ACL surgery. That was amazing!!!

Bait and switch
We have been with Figo for years now. Last year or so they changed underwriters which was a disaster, the changing of policies and getting everything right again especially with medical records was a nightmare. We got a very significant increases in what the policies for our 3 cats cost as well as that less was covered, we went from 80% to 70% just to keep costs a bit manageable. Come today we find out that dental coverage was apparently significantly cut. They only cover dental surgery if it was too fix something caused by an accident, we were never told that this has changed so surprise, we are going to be in the hook for 3.000 dollars worth of surgery because our poor cat's teeth are rotting in his mouth. FYI, we didn't know they had gotten that bad, our TNR cat isn't exactly thrilled about us examining his mouth. Thanks, Figo, thanks a lot for screwing us over. I hope your company and your new underwriters choke on the profits they are making. You should be ashamed.

I hope customer service improves
Wanted to pay year in full. No option for that. Was charged $2 installment fee when I finally got through on phone (a LONG wait.) I requested a receipt for the transaction, still waiting for that. No info on my account for what I paid.

Best pet insurance around!
Healthy Paws has an app that lets you take a snapshot of the medical bill and submit. It is a very uncomplicated process and the claim is turned around quickly. One time I didn’t provide enough information and Healthy Paws contacted my vets office without bothering me. They also follow-up to see how your pet is doing.
