The whole process was simple and quick. I did my claim via the app. The app was easy-to-use. I filed my claim 11/05/25 at 5:08 pm. My reimbursement was in my account 11/07/25 by 4:30 pm. I was impressed.

Metlife was a pleasant surprise in my company's additional benefits options this year.
The group insurance plan option was a pleasant surprise. I have three pets and had to move my cats to a new insurance plan after Nationwide started dumping cats off their plans in Nebraska. The dog is still on Nationwide. They had individual plans with Nationwide. So MetLife is saving me on premiums with a family plan and has a military discount. So More coverage than Nationwide and for less. I would move the dog but cannot afford any gap in coverage to swap him over as he does have bladder cancer.
