You understood that about a half a dozen claims were for the same medical event and promptly paid 90% of what was above my deductible. Very simple - you do what you say you will do.

Although we fortunately haven't had to make any claims, the Trupanion staff has been very friendly and helpful. As a retail businessman all my life, this is at least as important to me as price (which I believe is fair, too). I hope they prove to be the same when and If we have a claim.
