New online claim form is AWESOME
Nationwide has always been easy to work with, but the new online claim for that lets you input your claim and send from one web page is awesome and i have noticed claims are more timely than ever.

Great customer service - easy claims process
I've had insurance for my dog (with wellness) since last September. I was a bit worried at first, since the reviews were a bit mixed. But honestly Nationwide pet insurance has been fantastic. Customer service has answered every question I had. I'm particularly impressed with how easily and quickly claims can be submitted and paid. Nationwide says they process claims in about 30 days, but my claims have gotten processed in 1-2 weeks, and payment not long after. They've been great so far!

Nationwide Insurance has enabled us to care for our beloved Sunny, without having the additional worry of depleting our finances
When Sunny first started limping, we thought he had a cracked pad. I was able to call the Vet help line at 6:00 in the morning, and get advice on how to treat. When he continued to limp, we took him to his vet for treatment. After several visits, he unfortunately requires surgery on his shoulder which will take place tomorrow. I'm so thankful for Nationwide Insurance for promptly processing our claims for Sunny, and for ensuring that we can focus on helping him get better, instead of worrying how we could possibly pay for his treatment. Thank you Nationwide.
