So Glad I Didn't Cancel My Policy!
I purchased a Trupanion policy when my dog was 1 year old. I haven't used it much, although, the times I used it the process was painless and I was reimbursed within 2 weeks - longest I've had to wait. I almost cancelled it last year and decided to hold onto it hoping my lab would live to 13 and well beyond and then he wouldn't be eligible for coverage. He was diagnosed a few weeks ago with diabetes at 11 and has a peripheral neuropathy happening too-but he's doing better on insulin. Having the policy has allowed me to not have to make any hard decisions about being able to afford this level of care for my 4 legged family member-because I can afford it, and he's worth it.

Trupanion has been amazing for both past and present pets. Always there to help cover expenses on a variety of health issues with my furry kids. I know I can give my pets the best care when I have them insured with trupanion. My dogs have been covered on a huge range of issues, from simple urinary tract infections to pacemaker implant surgery.
