Just purchased pet insurance for my bulldog Bella. The process was very easy to do. Hoping I wont have to use it but it gives me piece of mind that it is there should we need it.

Healthy Paws is a great pet insurance that I would recommend to any pet owner!
Our Rescue dog Scruffins was diagnosed with epilepsy last year and has had numerous trips to the hospital and is on multiple medications to try and help limit his seizures. Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver for my wife and I! They are incredible quick responding to inquiries and processing claims and sending out checks. We have never had any issues with them and we often talk about what a great company they are and how efficient they are. The other thing that is great about Healthy Paws is that they really seem to care. After Scruffins has spent time in the hospital or they notice that there have been several claims they reach out to us to see how he's doing and always wish him well and that personal touch really helps make a big difference. Scruffins is a beloved member of our family but it hasn't always been easy on us or him given his medical issues. Healthy Paws has really eased our stress and anxiety knowing how on top of everything they are.

It is so easy to submit claims online and have the payment deposited automatically into my bank account. I also like the options for choosing the deductable and reimbursement percentage. Overall Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance we have had.

Pets Best doesn't clearly communicate the claim calculation process fully in its marketing material, so customers are mislead.
Would not refer anyone to Pets Best...ever! I have told you this before. You don't care. Your plan allocates claim dollars to coinsurance/copayment before the deductible is filled. Therefore it takes longer and costs more money to fulfill my deductible. Purely your interests not your customers. I wojuud havenever purchased your plan if your process had been fully and completely detailed in your marketing materials. But, of course, you like your vaguely worded benefit description. It works in your favor not your customers.
