I have only had to submit claims on two occasions and both times it was easy to submit the claims, no questions were asked, and reimbursements were quick and what was expected, based on my policy. Thank you Spot Pet Insurance.

Great customer service experience
Customer service experience with Justin when applying for pet insurance for our new puppy was smooth and clear. Justin took the time to go through everything the policy I was purchasing covered and gave good examples of the different types of coverage so i could make an informed decision. I have never taken out pet insurance before, and to be honest I feel insurance companies make things very complicated and difficult to understand, however Justin broke everything down for me so I understood the entire policy and what is and isn't covered. It was a very good experience.
