As a physician, I only wish human insurance worked this well. Trupanion was amazing and so quick to respond to our claim when our dog was diagnosed with a malignant tumor - it was incredible to have one less thing to worry about as we were dealing with the emotions around the veterinary care.

surprisingly easy
i expected the charge to get applied to my deductible -- somehow had not realized that my vet's office would submit the claim for me, which was a pleasant surprise not to have to figure out how to do that myself. so even though it was my first claim, it was Easy peasy!

Trupanion has been the best decision I ever made. Their customer support is easily accessible, always friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s terribly easy to submit a claim, and they evaluate and provide reimbursement quickly. Also, this is the first time that an insurance company has reviewed my monthly premium and actually said they were going to LOWER it!! Amazing.
