Trupanion has been very prompt in approving and paying their share of invoices. We are very glad we have had them. For many years we just payed the premium without any claims then all of a sudden everything started happening to our dog. We were so happy for Trupanion through all the issues.

Enrollment is easy and informative while at the same time giving the person the ability to chose their own percentage coverage (in Florida anyway). It's nice that I can choose exactly how much I want covered percentage-wise instead of settling for a certain option. They also provide informative materials after you sign up so you know what will be covered in the case of your pet's emergency.
