There is a Chinese saying
There is a Chinese saying: Know the person's name, Know the person's way of talking, but don't know the person's heart. The prudent representatives can be trained to be very nice, knowledgeable. However, when comes the time you file a claim, they will reject you slowly. I signed up just yesterday, they already want me to review the prudent. I smelled foulplay.

Online registration may not work for Canadian clients
I tried to sign up on line. Once I got to the payment section, and after I had entered my credit card #, the system just churned away with no progress. I ended up having to call the number to confirm if my registration and payment had gone through, which it had not, so completed the registration over the phone.
