Claimed ear infection was pre existing condition because it was allergy caused but they were only treating him for that in hopes that what it was.

Denied pre authorization for MRI then called back the next day saying you would cover it. By that time an immediate mri appointment wasn’t available & I had already started hospice care to say final goodbye.

10 days is a long time to process my claim I wasn’t told an itemized invoice had to be uploaded.
10 days is a long time to process my claim I wasn’t told an itemized invoice had to be uploaded. If I had, I would have uploaded the requested invoice in the first place. I also wasn’t told anything about medical records needing to be sent to you either. It needs to be better honest communication about what’s needed from customers for their beautiful animal’s claim.

First time with them and I already hate it!
I got the insurance for my new puppy and 24 days later I had to bring her to the ER because she was vomiting. I have filled a claim 3 weeks ago with no answer. I try to call and I cannot get in touch with any customer service. Just a horrible experience!
