I really appreciated that Kreanna was proactive in calling me for my new email. Also in the past, Trupanion has been amazing to work with in coverage for my boxer dog Bodhi & previous boxer, Chloe.

It took a long time and much documentation to get a simple claim resolved that had nothing to do with a pre-existing condition. Then my rates were raised over 13%, and the answer makes no sense. Agent promised to look into it and have a response by now, but that didn't happen.
