First claim. Very fast response and payment was issued directly to the vet. Also had a pre-approval . Very fast. Reply was given. We appreciate this for our pup. I have told friends about the experience.

Awesome service. Within 2 days of faxing, my claim was paid to my account. I recommend Trupanion to friends and family all the time. I wouldn't own a pet without having Trupanion Pet Insurance.
