My experience with Trupanion has been exceptional!
My experience with Trupanion has been exceptional! My dog, Blade collapsed in 2017 (infection on his brain) which he recovered from because I was able to get him the treatment he needed. In 2020 he became lame and I (again) was able to get him the proper treatment and he is on the mend. I would not be able to provide these services to Blade without the help of Trupanion. I am extremely grateful and Blade is too! :)

I've had Trupanion since Crosby was about 8 weeks old.
I've had Trupanion since Crosby was about 8 weeks old. I've never had a problem. This will be our first claim and it seems straight forward and quick.

I think the communication between vet customer and trupanion is lacking.
I think the communication between vet, customer and trupanion is lacking. I also believe a veterinarian needs to be more cognizant of what they notate as it is not always what is communicated to the customer and can result in non-coverage in the future.

I have never had any issues with Trupanion.
I have never had any issues with Trupanion. I'm honestly not sure what I'd do without it for my dog who has seizures. Between the monthly meds, and a tumor removal at one point, I'd be in debt if it wasnt for her insuance.
