Smooth, fast and worth every penny!
I had been putting off filing this claim for weeks, thinking it was going to be a hassle. I could not have been more wrong. Filing was super fast and easy. I received plenty of status updates from Trupanion, and my reimbursement was processed within a few days. I even got a bit more money back than I was expecting!

I have paid into Trupanion for 8 years and never had a claim. Bentley went to the vet and had a couple of issues. When I got home Trupanion had already taken care of the claim.

I'm glad it ended up getting covered, but then again not really because it's still money out of my pocket that I will never see again and if I had no insurance it would be no different. So I will be cancelling my insurance.

parce que je viens juste de m'inscrire, donc je n'ai pas personnellement fait l'expérience de votre compagnie lors d'une réclamation. Je réserve mon opinion car j'ai entendu des commentaires disant que les primes sont parfois haussées de beaucoup sans raisons. J'ai également trouvé difficile d'obtenir un service en français. Je me demande comment ça se passera pour une réclamation. J'ai vu des commentaires qu'il était difficile de parler à quelqu'un lorsqu'une réclamation est refusée. à suivre...
