Just a Thank You
You don't need to publish this. I just wanted you to know I don't know what I'd do without you right now. I found out, on my birthday, 2 of my pups are dying, one with cancer and one with heart failure. Treatment and prescriptions are expensive and without Trupanion and the ease with which I get help on my expenses for them I'd not be able to keep them with me as long. I can't even tell you what this has meant to me. Thank you so much.

I have never had pet insurance before…
I have never had pet insurance before and I wish I did when my other dog became very ill with melanoma in her mouth. Thousands of dollars later I had no one to help me pay for her vet bill. Now I said if I get another puppy which I did I would take out pet insurance. I've only used them once so far BC Whiskey had ear infections. I got a refund in two days. Great turn around time and very kind and caring customer service. Everyone who has a dog should definitely get pet insurance!!

Nothing but a great experience
Nothing but a great experience! Always a quick turn around when I submit a claim. Very clear as to what can be submitted. My lab has had seizures since age 2 (now 6) and trupanion put as at ease with being able to manage his care!

Customer service is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable! Also, our Vet submits our bills so you don’t have to do anything but just wait for a check or if you sign up for direct deposit the money is deposited promptly to your account. I found what I was looking for…
While I was waiting for my new fur baby, I shopped around for pet insurance and I didn’t like the terms and all of the automatic exclusions of things common to most dogs. We went for our first evaluation check up after receiving our new baby and our vet recommended Trupanion. As soon as we returned home I was on the computer. I had found the insurance company we had been looking for!! Our baby has had two emergent visits and Trupanion has been a great help. I was very glad to find out that they will pay directly to your vet at check out. What a great option instead of having to wait for reimbursement. Everyone in customer service has been pleasant, caring, and courteous. Trupanion has been a great companion to have in the time of need.
