I have been recommending Trupanion to all my friends and family for years, now. I am blown away by their incredible customer service team, superb platform, and speed. I had a scary situation with my kitten, where he had to have an emergency surgery and we couldn’t afford it, I’d just lost my job. The representatives at Trupanion were kind, sympathetic, calm, and very helpful. They took care of EVERYTHING. Even going as far as speaking with the vet, directly, to figure out the financial details. It’s not the only time I’ve received help from their team in a pet-related situation. In every interaction, I’ve felt supported and understood. Honestly, my life would be much easier if my OWN health insurance was THIS good. 10/10 would recommend them.
