Jules was fantastic. She went above and beyond during our phone call. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Made the entire process easy and stress free. I even waited on hold to tell her manager how wonderful she was, totally worth it when someone gives the customer service she did. She’s an employee you want to hold on to!
