Does Not Transmit
I filled out the application for our two cats but had a problem going back to the 1st application for one of the cats. I wanted to add another cat and found it difficult. I also could not transmit the application and credit card and finally had to call to complete our application.

Sometimes it takes too long to get reimbursed. I put two bills in at the same time a few weeks ago. One was processed last week. Still waiting for the other one.

Blue Pearl takes Trupanion for payment…
Blue Pearl takes Trupanion for payment but feel that knowing my dog needed surgery cost of consulting fee not covered can not have surgery or any other medical treatment without Dr. seeing pet just does not make any sense used insurance several times and office visit consulting fee or poison control not covered it is NOT a routine visit when it is a emergency!

Multiple Claims
I recently put in 5 claims at different times and they were bundled together, causing confusion and delays with all 5 claims. When the issue was only with 1 claim. It took over a month to resolve and several phone calls and no clear resolution in the beginning. Because the claims were all consolidated a few claims were missed, and a few more phone calls were needed. Very frustrating experience by far!
