Love it
Love it! I have been fortunate enough to not have had to use the coverage yet. However, I know if I ever do I am covered! The welcome package is super cute, I love the little tag it comes with. I have heard nothing but great things about Trupanion. I am feel at ease with them.

Incredible Customer Service
I had incredible service with my claim for surgery expenses on my dog, Peanut. I received my reimbursement from TruPanion the very next day after my payment to the veterinarian hospital. I never dreamed my service would be this great!

Great service to have
Luckily, I haven't had to use Trupanion yet but it's nice to have in case some big medical bills do arise. The commutation with their customers is great and the premiums don't get astronomical as your pet gets older.

Just got out puppy and our breeder encouraged us to use Trupanion insurance. We needed it right away and the company was there to support us every step of the way. Answered our phone call on a Saturday and helped us get set up with with our vet. Yeah!

I enrolled my two dogs in April because I was finally in a good place. My older boy developed an acute disc herniation 2 months later. It took less than 1 week for them to review all of his records (this was his first claim), approve it, and have the money in my account. As a veterinarian myself, I will always recommend Trupanion.
