Excellent Customer Service
Even when our vet didn’t have direct billing, when Bernie (my bernedoodle) needed X-rays done immediately, I didn’t need to think twice. Trupanion had already gotten back to the vet clinic with information regarding coverage. We love the care we get!

Very Loyal and Supportive Trupanion
Trupanion was here for me when my fur baby, Havannah, was diagnosed with Dialated Cardiomyopathy. She had to have numerous expensive tests, tests and monthly meds and supplements! They covered 90 percent of her expenses and stayed with me supporting her care until she crossed the rainbow bridge! Trupanion's loyalty and caring staff was most appreciated and supported me while trying to confort my sweet girl until the very end! Thank you for your support and good business Trupanion! I now have a new pup, Olexa, and I have also insured her with the most loyal Trupanion as well! I refer everyone including informing my Veterinarians about my great experience with Trupanion!

I always appreciate that Trupanion provides a quick response to my claims. There are times when I'm at the vet checking out and they call Trupanion to see what's covered, and an immediate response is given and I only pay the difference right there and then vs. paying the full amount initially and then waiting for a reimbursement. Thank you!!

Trupanion is amazing!
Trupanion is amazing! I've had them for my girl, Roxy, for 11 years now. Last year was the first time I had to use them. Poor girl tore her ACL. She needed surgery. It would have cost us thousands!! Luckily, Trupanion took care of it all but our deductible. The process was seamless. They were super helpful and really nice. They paid the vet directly so we didn't have to put out more than what we had to. I'd highly recommend!

Best Choice Ever Made!
Best pet insurance company that I've come across. Easy to work with, easy process, the rules are clear. If it weren't for their service, my pup would've been paralyzed for life. Highly recommended.

I would give it zero stars
I would give it zero stars, if I could. They trap you like this: They say we cover every new issue, but not pre-exisitng issues. Then they say you have to pay yourself and we will "reimburse" you. Then, when you pay and submit the claim, suddenly everything is pre-existing! Unless your pet breaks a leg or something, they will not cover anything. Don't fall into the trap of the "top rated" pet insurance!!

This is the best pet insurance company you can sign up with. Their customer service is outstanding! I've submitted a couple of claims recently and in the past. To start, the process to submit a claim is extremely easy. As soon as they receive it, they respond letting you know, and then they continue to communicate where in the process the claim is. The turn around time is very fast. I've been with Trupanion for several years, and I have always been satisfied with them. If you're looking for pet insurance, this is definitely the company to go to!
