TRUPANION IS THE BEST!
Trupanion customer service reps are always friendly and usually very knowledgeable over the phone. Claims being processed have gotten much better and most claims are handled on a 2-3 day turnaround time.

Recommend Trupanion for Peace of Mind
Claims submission through my veterinarians was easy and seamless. I paid only my balance and didn’t have to wait for reimbursement. The surgery was done after midnight at an emergency clinic that closes at 7:30 am. My regular vet provided the recovery care, and the second claim linked to the first with no additional deductible. I recommend Trupanion to friends and puppy buyers. It’s really peace of mind coverage!

My pet to me is a family member, when you have excepted a pet at least notify which pet it is since I have 2 puppies hopefully both were excepted. But I have no idea which one.
