Trupanion ROCKS!
My 10 week old puppy was underweight when I brought him home, and he was reluctant to eat. It soon became apparent this was more than just a finicky eater because by age 6 months he began to regurgitate on a regular basis. He has had bloodwork, GI films and ultrasounds done, and we still don't know what's wrong. He is currently on prescription meds and an appetite stimulant and he is scheduled for a fluoroscopy this week. I don't know what I would do if he wasn't insured through Trupanion as these tests and medications are exorbitant. The claims process is simple and after meeting my deductible I have been reimbursed so promptly it's truly amazing. The customer service team is knowledgeable and empathetic. Trupanion's coverage is the only reason I can continue trying to diagnose and hopefully treat/cure my little guy. If he turns out to have a chronic illness, knowing that he will be covered for life with no further deductibles gives me peace of mind. The smartest thing I've ever done as a pet parent is buy Trupanion insurance. I have told so many friends how wonderful Trupanion is they have started to ask me if I own stock in the company. Trupanion, you ROCK.
