I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
Healthy Paws in an article is listed as 1st place for policy coverage, customer service & reputation and timeliness of claim payment. I've been with this company for 4 years now and their policy has covered 90% of my bills. They're customer service is great and I don't have any complaints.

Premiums constantly increasing
I have had Trupanion for 8 years for 3 of my animals and, thankfully, have never had to file a claim. I will say their customer service seems responsive but I'm extremely unhappy with constant rate increases over the past few years. My rates have gone up 25 per cent in the past two years with no history of claims. I believe this comes from an increase in veterinary fees driven by the fact many people now have pet insurance.

This is the worst pet insurance ever…
This is the worst pet insurance ever they rope you in with reasonable rates and then after being with them for 8 years they tell you they're increasing your rate by 150% a month because your dogs have gotten older. The thing is your dog is older and you can't get insurance anywhere else so you're stuck either paying the outrageous rate or your pet will have no insurance. Their claim process is horrible it can take up to 30 days to get reimbursement. They also lost a class action suit in Washington where they were ordered to pay customers millions due to raising rates because of dogs getting older. They're much better insurance companies out there do your research this is a shady insurance company that doesn't care about your pets just about money. The pathetic thing is the responses they're giving to everyone leaving negative reviews on here acting as if they care. Quit acting like you care and do something about your scummy practice of raising rates to ridiculous amounts. All the negative reviews I read are the same thing raising rates and horrible claim service. If you're thinking of going with healthy paws do your research about their class action claim that they lost and the other open claims against them.

Wish I found you earlier!!!
I’ve had all other pet insurances before I came across Trupanion!!! I wish I knew about you sooner!!! I’m so happy with their levels of coverage, response time for claims review and payment!!! I’ve recommended Trupanion to all my friends who have pets! Thank you for making my claims experience a lot easier than normal. I could focus on my furry healing instead of getting caught up in the process and merely “hoping” to receive some sort of compensation. PLEASE GET TRUPANION FOR PEACE OF MIND! Your furry loved one deserves it!!!

Very efficient professional and courteous employees.
Very efficient, professional and courteous employees. When my puppy needed immediate veterinary care to save his life, I was so glad I had Trupanion pet insurance. This put my mind at ease so that I was not worried about paying the hospital bill. After filing a claim I was quickly reimbursed. They are there when you need them.

Seamless Claims
What makes this insurance invaluable to us, is the fact that our vet can submit claims FOR US. We are a busy family and don't always remember, or have time, to submit claims, reimbursements, etc. Enabling the vet to be able to submit claims for patients is HUGE and the only reason why we chose Trupanion.
