Always asking for more info...When you receive an itemized final invoice. The expectation is for you to see what applies to my policy and reimburse me. Medical notes is optional on your site so there shouldn't be a need for you to contact my vet and request more info. Getting off to a bad start I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
