So far happy with them.

So far happy with them. Trying to square away claims from august still but sounds as if the doctor was to blame and not Trupanion. Still I’m Hoping Tory can get this straightened out. Tory was very nice and helpful

Scrip food

the online process is good. I have to scan my vet receipts prior to upload so that's an extra step. I was disappointed to learn that prescription food is not covered and is considered 'maintenance'. It's not maintenance tome, it's a chronic condition that we both are forced to live with and I was hoping to get a little bit of relief on those bills.
