Embrace pet insurance will seek any possible reason to deny the service requested for your pet. I have had my veterinarians, behaviorists, and specialists communicate with them without any success. Are you interested in understanding the difference between a pre-existing condition and a congenital disorder? It may not be relevant, as they classify a congenital disorder as pre-existing if it was present before you submitted a claim. This reasoning is illogical because if the pet was born with it, they had it prior to the claim. If that justification is insufficient, they will argue that it fell within the waiting period. Once again, they were born with it. I am extremely dissatisfied with this insurance. I recommend that you explore other policies before selecting this one.

Easy billing and quick reimbursement! Best decision we have made regarding our pet. We have Banfield Wellness plan for maintenance, and Spot Pet Insurance for sick/accident visits. It works like a gem. Wish we had done this earlier in our lives for our other pets.

Our 13 year old Yorkie developed a scary heart condition. We had to take her to an emergency vet on the weekend because she could barely breathe. She spent 2 days in an oxygen cage and needed several new medications to stabilize. If we didn't have PetsBest insurance, we could not have provided this level of care. We would have lost our girl. Don't believe what you read
Don't believe what you read. They deny claims for false reasons. They are rude. They get afraid when you tell them you will record the call. They are looking for any reason to deny part or all of your claim. When you google them you will see the numerous lawsuits they have and complaints. Do yourself a favor and put the money aside and not to these people.
