Riley's Trupanion experiences !!
My pup Riley has had occasion to use the insurance several times and each time Trupanion has been very prompt with the payments. First time having insurance for a pet but couldn't be happier !!!!

Good once you understand what to do
Overall the experience was fast and relatively painless. I have never used pet insurance or submitted a claim before, so it would have been helpful for it to lay out exactly what I wanted. Once I figured out what to do, it was pretty straightforward - fill out the forms, list all previous vets, and then submit the invoice. I wish Trupanion was attached to my vet to make this easier. I got back a large portion of what I had spent, so that was nice! Would definitely recommend pet insurance to anyone.
