Fastest Insurance response ever
An unexpected medical issue arose with Bandit and this was the second time submitting a claim. Years ago we submitted one just to see if knee surgery would be covered but at that point it was considered a per-existing condition, understood. This was another issue completely and we weren't sure what to expect. Once the claim was submitted, we were kept up to date on how it was proceeding and were informed within a week that it was approved, minus the deductible of course. Thanks for moving so quickly.
