I submitted my claim and it was approved within 24 hours. I'm SO glad I got pet insurance. I got it just to be prudent but my 6-month-old puppy has had two very random and very serious (and expensive) issues and Trupanion has saved me literally thousands of dollars in unexpected and unplanned for bills.

I was having a hard time because my dog passed unexpectedly. Karissa was very empathetic and made the process of filing a claim and cancelling my plan very easy. She even offered to reach out to my animal hospital and handle everything in order to take as much stress off as possible

Fantastic service!
Max, our little Chinese Crested mix, was suffering. The Vet diagnosed pancreatitis. His treatment costs were significant. Trupanion covered a large portion of the bill and Max is recovering nicely. We couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thanks Trupanion!

My vet put the claims in since I had not done it at all this year I requested that they do it. I got emails they they were all accepted. I know there’s a deductible but do know if I’m entitled to any money back.
