It did not seem to be useful the only time I¡¦ve needed it.

It did not seem to be useful the only time I¡¦ve needed it. Had I just been putting the same amount of money into savings for the last 3 years, my bill would¡¦ve been more than covered. The rep was lovely - I had a crying baby and a crying dog and she was very understanding. But Trupanion in general does not seem to be worth the money.
