The money back guarantee is a scam
The money back guarantee is a scam. I did not make any claims and requested a refund well within a few days of signing up yet only received about 80% of my money back. After waiting nearly an hour to get in contact with the right department, the rep made false statements regarding another insurance company when I requested cancellation.

Been a loyal customer for about 3 years now. Highly recommend Healthy Paws. Competitive premiums, excellent customer service, quick claim processing, and most definitely worth every penny of the monthly premiums. Unfortunately we’ve had to use our coverage more than we anticipated and every single time we’ve left the vets office or the animal hospital, we take 2 sighs of relief - 1) that our previous fur baby is going to be ok and back on the right track with a treatment plan and 2) thank God that we have pet health insurance!

We've never had pet insurance before and Pets Best has been a great experience. I love being able to submit my claim via the app and check on the status of a claim. I like how money is deposited directly into our bank account and we don't have to wait for a check.

Trupanion extended my dog's life.…
Trupanion was absolutely wonderful with a previous dog that I owned. They paid claims in a timely manner & lived up to their 90% policy on pet medications. My Pomeranian lived almost 5 years longer because I had financial help from this insurance company. I can't say enough good things about Trupanion. I highly recommend this company.

I have had pet insurance for my Bernese…
I have had pet insurance for my Bernese Mt Dog with Embrace for years. Sadly He had to be put down due to age related illnesses. Embrace was excellent to deal with and prompt to pay for all the covered expenses prior to and after his happy life ended. Be sure to sign up for direct deposit as the payments are made quickly and do ALL the submissions for bills on line . This really expedites things . Hoping your pet a happy and healthy life AAR

Great coverage and great support
I’ve had pet insurance for all of my dogs through ASPCA. They are responsive, process claims quickly and are super helpful when you call. When of my dogs passed away suddenly, not only did they process my last claim super fast they automatically cancelled his policy, sent a note saying how sorry they were and on top of that also called to extend their condolences. I have and will continue to recommend ASPCA pet insurance.

Too long to process claims
overall, ok; however, biggest complaint is time to process claims is way too long. I have to pay my fees right away, but then I have to wait to have money sent back to me for my claims.

My Gigi had unexpected issues with anemia, then surgery, and finally complications from the surgery. Everything in total was almost $27,000. I was nervous because even though I had insurance through Trupanion, I wondered if they would really cover 90% as they stated. Either way they did cover 90% of all costs of her needed hospitalization stay. This is by far the best company to have. They will give you back 90% after your deductible for each condition if it is not a pre-existing condition. I would highly advise anyone who has an animal to get insurance through Trupanion. They have helped me with so much! I am grateful to have them. I will continue to use them as I know I can trust them. Yana B.
