We have had a great experience with Embrace thus far! Communication re: claims is clear and, most recently, we got our reimbursement within a week of submitting a claim! We will continue to use Embrace for our pet insurance!

Amazing customer service
The lady that helped me pick the right plan for my boy Lincoln was extremely helpful! I have yet to use any of Trupanions services (knock on wood) but by all the other reviews, I’m sure we will be looked after just like as if Lincoln was their own pet.

I had a dog that was very healthy and all of a sudden, six months or so after, I started my policy, he was diagnosed with a devastating disease. Embrace truly processed my multiple claims without issue and no, I was not asked to give a good review. This is real and true.
