Pet Best had been really good over the past two years. Unfortunately, this time not so much. Companies can't keep hiding behind the COVID-19 manpower excuses anymore. Claims need to be completed in a timely manner.

Absolutely fantastic pet insurance and submitting a claim is easier than I could imagine!
I knew that I wanted pet insurance when I got my dog in 2017. I did research and read very good reviews for Healthy Paws. They have not disappointed me, in fact they are better than I could imagine. It is so simple to file a claim, and their response time is very reasonable. I am thrilled with Healthy Paws and I would recommend them whole heartedly.

TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
I've had Pets Best insurance since the moment we brought both of our puppies home. Currently, they are 5 months old and I've made several claims on each puppy. Trust me, the insurance is worth it!! I've already received reimbursement for the claims to cover the cost of the annual premium, and then some. You never know what's going to happen and it's been wonderful to have the Pets Best peace of mind.
