Let me start by saying Thank you! We have had a rough week with our little fur baby and last Friday she had to be hospitalized. We were so worried about her. Thankfully she is doing much better. So easy. Our emergency veterinarian had direct billing which allowed us to concentrate on our sick dog. Trupanion was in constant communication with me through email and also communicated with our veterinarian. Our coverage allowed us to make important decisions for our pet and ultimately saved his life.
