I have used this insurance for years and have been so pleased with the service I have been given.

I have used this insurance for years and have been so pleased with the service I have been given. I do recommend trupanion to so many people because of the many many bills they have paid for my three dogs. Everyone that I have ever talked to have been so friendly and helpful. Great customer service and invoices paid within a reasonable time. Great company!!!

I am so far happy but having made my first claim it would have been good to know how long it takes for a first claim.

I am so far happy but having made my first claim it would have been good to know how long it takes for a first claim. I think you should ask for previous vet records as part of the onboarding process so that it doesn't take as long to get payment
