Trupanion made pet insurance and coverage easy as can be. Submitting invoices and reimbursement is so fast and simple. The mobile app made claims quick and stress free when dealing with overwhelming vet visits and pet illness. Trupanion was very up front and clear with billing, fees, and coverage. Worth every penny. We did not need to use Trupanion for the majority of our dog's life. However, we incurred several sudden and extremely expensive invoices in his later years. Thankfully, Trupanion supported our claims and did not try and nickel/dime like insurance companies are known to do. 10/10 for Trupanion!

I was disappointed with the waiting…
I was disappointed with the waiting time for the reimbursement payment. When I applied for this insurance, I was hoping that I would have to wait only one to three weeks in comparison to six weeks. When I asked for an explanation twice, I received two different answers: there was a shortage staff in the first chat and that it's time dependent based on other applications at the time in the second chat. This situation is making think about switching my pet insurance.

I had the best experience on the phone during the hardest time,when my dog was hospitalized and then had to be put down.I really appreciate the lady on the phone giving me support and strength to deal with all the trauma.

So happy with the service!! New member and within a week our pup deteriorated, BUT Trupanian was there for us!
So happy with the service!!! We signed up with Trupanian and a week later our 4 month old Pomsky Kai needed medical attention ASAP (foreign object in stomach). His health was declining quickly and as new dog owners, stress was HIGH! Payments were not on our mind, especially just investing in our lil guy not long ago. We signed up with Trupanian with the vet and knew insurance was important but last night truly showed the power of coverage. Dealing with this so late at night, this made our mind at ease and allowed us to focus on our pup. Our Kai went to two emergencies and Trupanian was accessible in moments. So so happy to have signed up so THANK YOU! Kai is kicking but today!

Had only been with Prudent pet for a few months when I was informed my pet needed surgery for a mass. Claims have been paid quickly. Brian on claims very caring when I call and helpful, would recommend.
