It was easy to submit the invoice.
It was easy to submit the invoice. All I had to do was attach pictures of my dog’s medical bills to your form. Within minutes of my submitting the invoice, I received a confirmation letter from Japan and letting me know that they were taking it on from there. I have done this in the past, and they repaid as much of the bill as possible in the shortest amount of time.

He said he would make sure to fix it and call me back later in the day which he did exactly that, and even was able To call me back ten min later as i was on the phone with the surgeon re my dog. I cannot even really think of anything that could have improved my customer experience, which i rarely ever feel that way about an experience with a company where i had a real issue. Matt is the kind of person you want to keep as an employee!
