Effortless
It was effortless! The vet called said puppy needed to have dental work. The vet told us it was covered by Trupanion. They extracted the teeth and I was sent the invoice that said everything was covered! I didn't even had to submit the claim! Wonderful service.

It was easy to file my first claim. I was kept posted on it's status and then about the payment I would receive and how it was calculated. When I called Trupanion with a couple of questions the rep was very pleasant and helpful and answered my questions quickly and clearly explained everything.
