I'm disappointed that you don't take…
I'm disappointed that you don't take into account that the three visits that I submitted were all related to her liver disease finding it out and taking care of it instead you considered them individually so you didn't cover the entire amount.

MetLife Is great
MetLife Is great! They make things simple. Filing a claim is so simple I think my pets could probably do it themselves. Claims are paid very quickly which is always a plus and I really like their news letter. It's always loaded with fun things and helpful articles for my pets.

This place is a total scam
This place is a total scam, they made me jump through multiple hoops and never reimbursed me. I had injury insurance and my dog was literally hit by a car and they said that was not an injury. When I wanted to continue to petition their rejections they told me I would end up having to cover their hourly lawyer fees if I did. DO NOT USE THEM!
