She put me at ease and answered my questions and put me on hold to answer another question I had in regards to meds my hound was taking. She gave me a solution to my pup not drinking enough water and let me know it was common but when I would need to worry. She gave me a measurement on water food ratio (I asked for one). It worked! My husband said whoever you talked to is good as this is working. Daequan reassured me that I can always call when I have a question- which makes it easier for me to relax as I have been worried about our pup since this started. Great caring customer service experience!
