We brought our dog to an emergency facility when she got sick and thankfully they were able to stabilize her and get her home after only a day. By the time we picked her up the claim work had already been filed on our behalf and when I called trupanion a couple of days later to check on whether it was complete they informed me that the check had already been issued. Great service!

Usually the customer service reps are very competent and helpful most of the time Trupanion pays for the claims that are submitted outside of your deductible and medications which I feel they should cover a portion of and they do it in a timely manner !
Usually the customer service reps are very competent and helpful, most of the time Trupanion pays for the claims that are submitted , outside of your deductible and medications , which I feel they should cover a portion of and they do it in a timely manner ! The deductible is usually a one time deal depending on the illness .
