Fast pay out!

While I would like a higher pay out, I can not fault the company, and they certainly pay in a timely manner.

Good service overall; should cover exams

Website is easy to navigate to submit claims. Claims get reimbursed fast. I felt that I was a bit misled in signing up however. Preventive care and exams are not covered. Pre-existing conditions aren’t either, though I could have sworn the paperwork said they were when I first signed up. If they would cover exams I would rank them 10/10.

Trupanion. What Pet Insurance Should Be.

We absolutely LOVE Trupanion! I encourage all of my friends and family members to contact Trupanion, if they haven't already. The company truly has their act together and are so incredibly organized. Every transaction we've had has been seamless, and has mainly occurred at the veterinary hospital where our animals are patients.
