12 too late

I picked up my 8 week old puppy on Saturday and call to active on Monday morning! Since i didnt call within 24 hours they would not give me free 30 days, or the deal from my breeder! Then i ask to wave the activation fee and they wouldn’t. I am really thinking of looking for other insurance! Not happy with the customer service not to honor this. Its hard getting a new puppy! I plan on keeping insurance thru out the life of my puppy or I wouldn’t have called in the first place less than 48 hours later.
