I'll never go without a Healthy Paws insurance policy again!
We bought Healthy Paws insurance for our sweet dog when she was about 4 years old. Since she wasn't a puppy I was worried -- many pet insurance companies only take baby pets and I hoped I would be able to count on the coverage in the future. I worried they might say something was "pre-existing" -- she didn't have anything going on except food allergies but I was afraid that might be used as an excuse to not pay later. I could have saved myself the worry! We have had quite a few claims over the years and I have never ever been given any grief on getting the policy benefits for any claim I have filed. In fact, I am so convinced I will never go without a Healthy Paws insurance policy ever again. In addition, filing claims is super easy -- using the online form it takes only about a minute to file a claim and you can even do it on your phone. If you ever need to call for help, the customer service representatives are AMAZING! They are incredibly friendly and helpful and it's clear they care first and foremost about your pet. It's a pleasure to do business with Healthy Paws!

Any time of day I call I am put on hold they say high call volume but this has been weeks worth of calling !! I also emailed with no response back !!

Changed to Spot and so pleased
I recently changed my insurance to Spot. I was nervous as my other company had made it so easy to claim and always settled fairly but I really liked the idea that the consultation fee was covered with spot. We just had an awful summer with both dogs either injured or sick from one thing or another. 7 claims in 6 weeks and everyone one of them was paid to the amount expected. Even with the back log it was still within 2 weeks. Well done Spot

Straightforward and Complete
Thus far, there has been no issue or no complaint with how the ASPCA insurance program works; from dental to preventative to even emergency, everything is covered and in my case the fees are only annual. Being a new dog owner, I have some form of peace in knowing that my pup is completely covered and taken care of. Thank you ASPCA!
