Unfortunately, our young dog has recently been very ill, requiring 2 hospitalizations and now chronic medications and bloodwork. Although we are very sad, at least we don’t have to also deal with paying thousands of dollars for his care. Trupanion has been wonderful about reimbursing us. They are always pleasant and sympathetic on the phone. We are very grateful!

The claims experience with Trupanion is so easy. Trupanion’s staff is also kind and caring. I was having account sign in issues and Dustin stayed on the phone with me until everything was sorted out. Then Dustin walked me through how to file a claim for my sick pup, making a really stressful situation so much easier. I can’t say how much I appreciate the kind and caring approach of Trupanion’s staff, no matter what time of day or night.
