After 6 years of paying monthly premiums Trupanion has no Interest in supporting us through our beloved dog’s illness and convalescence.
After 6 years of paying monthly premiums, Trupanion has no Interest in supporting us through our beloved dog’s illness and convalescence. Trupanion seems to have no interest in the facts or making good on our contract. Customer service rep was very nice but not able to help aside from listening and sending appeal form. I used to tell everyone to get Trupanion but that was before my pet actually got sick.

1. Because your customer service is terrific--regardless of whom I speak with, everyone is warm, smart, and responsive. 2. Trupanion doesn't nickel and dime the client when it comes to claims--and reimburses you FAST. 3. Trupanion locks in your monthly premium based on the age of your pet when you enroll in the program. 4. Once you hit the deductible for a given condition, you don't have to pay the same deductible for that same condition in subsequent years.

Better than most
The only negative thing I have to say is the bait and switch practices Figo uses. They get you with the low price the first year and then they increase it substantially afterwards. Other than that they are pretty quick in reviewing and paying out.
