They have been great with me and super awsome when i got stung by apple with my payment to them and they where all wonderfull and happy to be at there to help us when i had a Questions about my coverages. Thanks to them im well at ease for my beloved Phoenix i wanted nothing less for him since i made one mistake on not getting them in the frist place.

they are the worst on their web they said it take 5 days to get a check such a lie it takes months.................... and you dont get your money they always find a way to screw u if you don t pay your policy on time what s gonna happen????

Disgusting customer service and hold times
Took too long to deny claim and longer to deny appeal even though my cat probably would have starved to death without urgent vet care. Each time I would call it was a minimum of a 20 minute hold (longest was 45 minutes) until someone would pick up. Then, the rep could not answer anything at all. I called Sept. 7 to find out about my appeal. The rep had no way of answering. Received denial in the mail on Sept. 13th. It was dated Sept. 6. Why do the reps have no answer? My hold time to cancel my policy was only 4 minutes. They claimed to have hired a bunch of people recently.

I am a customer. Paid up as soon as they received all the bills from our vet and big hospital that handles cases like Mylo had.
Definitely and excellent company and very easy and caring when you need to talk to them on the phone.
