Claim rationale wasn't up on website fast enough. I had to call to find out. Also the various incidents that claims are categorized under are still very unclear. The accumulated claims toward each incident should be on display online so you can keep track, given that it's over an entire lifetime of pets. Cuatkmers need to know where they stand. Not very transparent.
