Very easy to fill out. Did call for some clarification on pe-existing conditions and Shay was very helpful in advising me to get preventative coverage since Coco is 14 years old.

Pets Best is the WORST!!!
They used to complete claims in a week, now it takes several weeks! Their website/app were down for weeks & you couldnt even submit claims! WEEKS!!! It was ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend Pets Best, but now I cant leave because of "pre-existing conditions" clause.
